Prompt library — copy and use

Every prompt follows the same shape: Role → Context → Task → Format. Replace anything in square brackets with your own details. Start with drill 1 and do one a day.

Narration. Press Turn narration on and the module reads every scene aloud in your browser's built-in voice, then advances by itself when each line finishes. No account, no API key, no internet connection needed. Chrome and Edge have the best-sounding voices — pick one from the dropdown and set the speed.

Turning this into a video file. Open it full screen, turn narration on, press Play, and capture the window with OBS Studio, Loom or QuickTime. In OBS, add a Desktop Audio source — without it you record the picture and none of the voice. Runs about seven minutes end to end. If you would rather use a human voiceover, the text in the narration bar is the script.

Before you use any of this on client work: no patient data, no client-identifying data, and no consumer-tier account for regulated content. AI drafts; a qualified human decides.
